Individual and Group Coaching

Steve is walking out his calling to “take back the mental health field for the Kingdom of God” by coaching others who are walking out his same mission and calling and hunger for their clients to experience true and long-lasting life changes in the clinical office setting!  Steve recommends watching his School of Christian Private Practice first and then booking time with him to apply what you watched to your circumstances and your ministry. Steve would love to meet with you on Zoom or in person in Michigan to support your journey in any way that he can.  Steve will be your biggest fan, a cheerleader, and an anointed encourager for your pursuit of God’s full plan in your life, but will push you and challenge you, helping you to count the costs of your decisions, directing you in your own heart healing as the main means of growing your practice and giving you all the tricks of the trade that he and his team have learned in his 25 years of successful Christian Private Practice.  Truly, “all things are possible” (Matt 19:26) for the Holy Spirit Clinician in Private Practice, and Steve would like to partner with you in taking the next steps together!  Here are some specifics of his coaching services.

Individual Coaching
Individual coaching one-on-one with Steve may be exactly what you need!  You need someone to bounce your ideas off of! You need someone to ask your important questions to that will give you answers with the experience to back up their words!  You need someone to not just give you the answers though, but someone to help put words to your deepest questions and concerns and to help you by asking you the questions that will lead you deeper into your next steps.  Steve will meet with you personally and help you to assess your needs, and then you and he will plan further meetings together and how often you should meet.  Steve is most often asked for coaching in the following areas:

Group Coaching
Our Group Coaching Program is offered with the School of Christian Private as a vital part of the learning process to help you immediately apply the contents of the videos you are watching to your everyday counseling and to your Private Practice.  Our Group Coaching Program will meet once every other week for 6 months (usually Wednesdays from 1-2:30 EST by Zoom, and will take you through the contents of all 8 Modules in a format of group discussion, Q and A, and direct assistance in application to any areas that you are currently feeling stuck. In Group Coaching with Steve, you will be meeting with others that have similar goals to yourself and benefiting from Steve’s wise counsel, but you will also benefit greatly from the connections that you will gain with others who are also walking out this same journey.  The 6-month Group Coaching Program will take you through the full curriculum of the School for Christian Private Practice with discussion and Inner Healing exercises that are powerful and effective!
